I'm Zachariah Carmickle — software founder, firewalk instructor, combat coach, DJ, and podcast host. I've stopped apologizing for being hard to put in one box. The throughline is simple: give working people more leverage, and tell the truth about the work along the way. Same operator, different arena.

What I'm building

Most of my time goes to two ventures. RollOps is operations software for owners who want a chokehold on their numbers. TechnicianVision is AI that helps collision repair technicians master complex work and defend their margin against insurers and insurer AI — because the techs doing the work aren't Neanderthals, and the documentation they produce deserves to get paid.
